WHAT I DO

This website is a platform for you to engage with me and keep up to date with what I am up to.  

To me, yoga is freedom. It is an opportunity to explore and expand the freedom of the physical body as well as the inner body and the subtle layers within.  Movement and breath is at the centre of energy, health and growth. It is at the heart of life itself and you will find this focus in my classes. I teach asana, breath and meditation and everyone is welcome.

I am a big believer in collaboration so occasionally I'll invite other teachers whom I have found inspiring to lead & bring their knowledge to sessions. I promise to always keep you inspired to move, breathe and be at one with yourself to get the most out of life.

IMPROVE PERFORMANCE

Whether you are learned yogi or a new kid on the block, exploring breath work and meditation to take your practice and your mental awareness to another level is highly recommended.

Regular practice will improve your physical and mental strength and flexibility. If there are goals you'd like to work on, I can create a plan for you, let's talk.

GO AT YOUR OWN PACE

Not many of us have regular set hours and life doesn't often allow us to stick to a routine - things happen! If you are booked into a live class and miss it, I can send you the recording or meditation and nidra audios. I also create tailor-made videos on request for whenever that window of time opens up; from 10 minute to 75 minute classes along with mini courses - ready when you are.
