Why practise with me?

With over 400 hours of training, I have been teaching yoga for 8 years and practising for 15 years. I am the Head of Yoga and Wellness at BLOK and before this position I taught in the top studios across London. My own exploration with yoga began from a very stiff and sceptical place so I know how daunting the first steps can be. I believe in moving my body in a safe and empowering way that includes attention to my breath and mind. An active member of the Queer community, my classes will always be a safe space.
